One of my Bennetts (Nathan) died in Greene, Chenango Co., NY. He also had 11 children that I know of. However, I am really interested in finding out if any of you have ever come across a family that has named two daughters the same when the first was still alive? This Nathan had a daughter Polly born in 1787 and died in 1864. Then in 1801 he had another daughter named Polly Anne born in 1801. It appears he had only one wife named - you guessed it - Polly. I believe Nathans children were Lovicy, William, Polly, Elizabeth, Clarissa, H.C., Sally, Polly Anne, Nathan, Ransom and David. My line is through Nathan. Any help on this family or any ideas as to why there were to Polly's would be great. Karen
