Violet is my mothers biological mother. After my mother passed away in June I found her adoption papers. These showed that she was born to Violet Eileen Florence Bennett (a lift attendant living in Larcom Street, Walworth, South London)and was named Irene Bennett on 20/02/1947. I now have a copy of my mothers birth certificate and it shows that my mother was born at 26 Wolverton Avenue, Kingston, Surrey. The birth cert shows no father but gives details of Violets mother, "V Bennett" living at Richmond Park Road, Kingston, Surrey. Any help or pointers will be greatly appreciated.
