He is thought to have had 5 sons,and I am interested in Y line DNA results on male Bennett decendants from each of the sons decendants to link the family. It could also show if other Bennetts familys in the area were related from generations before 1800. Ancestry.com has a special on DNA tests now, and I would urge male Bennett decendants of Prior to consider having the test done, and submitting it to the Bennett surname DNA group.
