Ira was my grandfather's brother. I have a death record for RL filled out by my granddad Abby Bennett stating that RL's daddy was called Allsey Bennett. My granddad did not know the name of Allsey's wife. I have a lead on an Allsey Bennett in Wilcox County but have not been able to verify any information. I believe the Bennett's come from Georgia and was looking for them there, but haven't had any time recently to pursue any information. Do you know Maxine Odem?
