William (child #1 of 9)seems to be the oldest child of Elizabeth Dodson and John Bennett while Jesse (child #8 of 9) is their youngest son. Bartholomew/Bartley is William's son. Bartholomew had 4 daughters with Sarah Bennett (dau. of Jesse) and 8 children (6 girls and 2 sons) with wife #2. The Bennetts had very large families.
