Bennett (b. 1832) moved to Boston Mass I believe his brother Sylvester also moved to Mass. They were a family of carpenters perhaps William b. 1804 owned a mill? not sure. My William W. was a master carpenter and first married a Louisa Stevens and had three surviving children - Edward, Ada and (forget the 3rd and 4th) The youngest child as well as Louisa died sometime between 1870 and 1890 of Pneumonia. The surviving children were sent to live with an Aunt - Rebecca (stevens) Nichols in Lynn Mass with her husband. William W. also served in the Civil War with the Mass. Artillery - about 1880 William W. married a Maria Catherine Mussels (of Nova Scotia) and they had my Great Grandmother - Hattie Mae Bennett. William W. died around 1890. Hattie worked as a secretary/stenographer and marr a man by the Burton Howe Edwards - (we don't think that is his real name) _ Burton was a commerical Artist and worked for the Joseph Mack Printing House in Detroit Mich). burton passed away around 1921 leaving his wife and 3 surviving Children - Burton the junior, Crawford and Alberta (children were all named after peaches).
