I looking for Information on POLLY BENNETT who married a BARNABAS MENDELL, in Rochester MA. intentions 26 Nov.1797. not sure who her parents were, possible Joseph? probably related to the numerous Bennetts of Rochester Or Middleboro, MA.? Polly had one son, Joseph Bennett Mendell from this marriage, Joseph Bennett was born July 1, 1799 The marriage ended by March 1803, and the Father of her son, took the boy to PA and left him, to grow up , He Joseph, wasn't treated well. Does anyone any information.on Polly or her family? I just recieved a list from another list about names, Polly could be another name for Mary or Martha? Any information appreciated.
