Information on Arthur is very sketchy. Unconfirmed info is that he was born in Nassau, Rensselar Co.,NY 21May1805. The date would be close based on census information. His mother may have had the surname Harrington. He did marry Caroline in 1834, they lived and the children were born in the Milton NY and Saratoga NY.
