Bennett is one that my sister and I have been researching for years. In an application for the Guionn Indian Roll in 1905, #15852 my great grandmother stated that: Her father came to Missouri with his mother who was either Hester or Esther bennett. Someone got sick and they had to stop in southeastern Mo. He was a small boy at the time. His father was Noah Bennett.His brothers and sisters were: Mary, Annie, Joseph. On the 1830 Federal census, he was inSt. Louis county alone with four children, Joseph W., Franklin,Henrietta and Mary Ann. Would like to know more.
