I am looking for a Robert Clyde Bennett. He was born about 1913 in we think Wisconsin. We found him and his brothers and sisters on a 1930 census in Wisconsin. The reason for this thread is that he committed a murder sometime after that and basically disappears. At the time of the 1930 census he was 17. I think the murder and prison time was in Wisconsin. Ira was my grandfather's brother. I have a death record for RL filled out by my granddad Abby Bennett stating that RL's daddy was called Allsey Bennett. My granddad did not know the name of Allsey's wife. I have a lead on an Allsey Bennett in Wilcox County but have not been able to verify any information. I believe the Bennett's come from Georgia and was looking for them there, but haven't had any time recently to pursue any information. Do you know Maxine Odem?
