I am looking for info on a relative- Mary Jane Bennett b. approximately 1850-51 in Crediton. her marriage certificate......from Okehampton dated 27 apr.1872 has her age as 21 years old. Her father is listed as deceased with no name showing. At the time of her marriage she is listed as a resident of Sourton. The 1881 census from Glamorgan Wales shows her as being born in Crediton with an age as 29. I would appreciate any info or direction. Thanks Barry Murley

Our Robert E. was in the Akron, Ohio area in the 1920's and in Beaumont Texas in the 1930's. Later in life he moved to Ca. and died in Sacramento in 1963. While in Ohio he was married and had several children. Then when in Texas he had another family. This Texas family is my husbands. Thanks again Linda

Since her was 39 yrs old when he married, I wonder if he may have had a earlier marriage. They(Thomas and Viana) had 7 children in Bath County, Ky and then moved to Sangamon County, IIllinois. they lived in and around Sangamon and Menard counties until their death. My Wm H Bennett was either born in PA,KY, or OH according to a variety of different sources. He has been very elusive and I doubt I will ever find his family. He first appears in Gallia co OH marrying my great grandmother in 1855. I have never found any indication of parents or siblings. The birth date January 1824 comes from old family papers. Wm H and his family moved to IL then MO then back to IL. He died in Portland OR in 1894. He had sons named William, Joseph, Samuel and David.I am hoping these are family names. However, Jane Howarth his wife, had a father named Joseph and a borther named David so I am thinking William and Samuel are the Bennett family names. But who knows?
