I Robert Bennett of Northbridge in the County of Worcester and Commonwealth of Massachusetts being of a sound disposing mind and recollecting the mortality of my body do make this my last will and testament. My worldly estate I dispose of in the following manner. First I give unto my son Rufus Bennett all my real estate with all the buildings thereon standing except my half of the farm which I have purchased of Jacob Hill. I also give him all my farming utensils of every kind. I also give him all my wearing apparel, cloaks and boots. My 4th great grandfather's name was John Bennett, born 1735 in Northern Ireland.......migrated to Maryland, married a young lady and they had about 6 children, he then married a Mary Icyphenny Plummer and they had atleast 9 children.
