Looking to contact anyone that has information about James Charles Bennett, who married Mary Ella Winfree in Anson Co. NC. He was shot and killed while sitting on his front porch during the Civil War. Mary Ella moved to Meridian Ms where she died on11 Dec. 1869. Thanks for any help with this family JBeattie
