Ursula L. Belcher, 77, of Louisville, KY, February 6, 2000, at the Bashford East Health Care Facility. Ursula was preceded in death by a sister, Lucille Murphy. Survivors include a daughter, Carol Belcher of Elizabeth- town; two sisters, Eleanor Parrino of Fort Myers, Fla.,&d Geraldine Daunhauer of Louisville; and her long-time companion, Wallace Stinson of Louisville. Ursula's burial will be in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
