Manuel C. Belcher, 78, of Belcher, KY, died March 17th, 2001, at home. Manuel was born January 19th, 1923, in Pike County, KY. Manuel was a son of the late Fred Sr. and Carrie Bingham Belcher. Manuel was preceded in death by his son, Paul Randall Belcher; and a brother Fred Jr., Pauley and Herman Belcher. Manuel's survived by a wife, Mildred Ratliff; sons Ronald Wayne Belcher, Gerald Manuel Belcher, Michael Dean Belcher, Ken Belcher;daughters, Sandra Lynn Simpson, Kathi Fletcher, KariAnn Johnson;his sisters Oma Belcher, Hester Rogers, Burless Ratliff, Nora Martin, Myrtle Owens,Ruby Rowe; and 16 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
