James Edwin "Jim" Belcher, 72, of Wise, VA, died March 7, 2000, at his home. James was the widower of Annette Belcher. James is survived by three sons, Richard, Craig & David Belcher; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; step-great-grand child; and several nieces and nephews. James burial was in Laurel Grove Cemetery in Norton, VA. bh030
