Chester H. Belcher, 86, Bluefield, WV, died May 3, 2000, at the Glen- wood Park Nursing Home in Princeton, WV. Chester was born in Swords Creek, VA July 2, 1913, a son of the late Edward and Lee Call Belcher. Chester's brother, Robert Belcher, preceded him in death along with his parents. Chester is survived by his wife, Ruth Tickle Belcher; a son, Thomas H. Belcher; two daughters, Ann Poe and Patty Woodward; one sister, Margaret Murphy.; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Chester was buried in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Princeton, WV. bd050
