The correction on the bottom of the page was to correct the month from June to July 8th. Also it included my apologies for the mistake. I was so busy copying another Reunion Notice that had all the information I thought appropriate that I accidently copied the month [June] of that reunion. I don't know who sent that message, as I would have corrected the month if I had sent it. Also, this Belcher Reunion is primarily for the descendants of John and Permelia Biggers Belcher who settled in Monroe County, KY in 1816. They moved there from Franklin Co, VA. Still don't know who this John's parents were for sure. We have people from Ohio, Illinois, Tn, California, Texas, New Mexico, Florida, Virginia and other states who travel to Monroe County to renew acquaintances and find their roots. This Belcher Reunion is held every other year, on the even years in Monroe Co, KY. On the odd numbered years, members of this family meet in Portales, New Mexico as some of the descendants homesteaded land there at the turn of the century. We are always delighted to welcome guests and first time visitors. Come join us. In JULY. Saturday, July 8, 2000. Juanita
