She lists his wife name Abagil Ellis and states Sutton was guardian of Ulsey,Jacob and Richard G. minor heirs of Richard Belcher Decd.This Richard Belcher went from Wilson co Tn to Warren co Tn. My Richard Belcher was married in Warren co Tn cia 1843 . This Richard and my Richard might be kin .I believe Moses Belcher of Warren co Tn to be my Richard's father and a possible brother of Richard Belcher of Amelia co Va. but no connection found at this time.
