My gg grandfather was Henry Belcher, born about 1828. I think his father's name possibly was John Belcher, and I was given some information on a John Belcher who was born about 1792, but that is all I know about him. I have no information on his children or his parents. He had a wife named Jane who was born about 1802, who may or may not be the mother of his children, since she could have been a second wife. They appear on the 1870 Logan County, West Virginia, census. I wish I knew more about this John Belcher and his wife.
