Vernie Louise Belcher, Gross, Doss, Baker, 74, of Bluefield, VA, died March 31, 2000 at Princeton Community Hospital, Princeton, WV. Vernie was born in Big Four, and she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Inez Jackson Belcher. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first hus band, Shorty Grose; second husband, Earl Doss; third husband, Jess Baker; and three brothers, Lawrence Belcher, Cecil Bernard Belcher and John Belcher, Jr. Vernie is survived by her sisters Charlotte Hutton and Lorraine Hardy. Vernie's buried in the Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Princeton. rn040
