Faye Belcher, 69, of Elkhorn City, KY, died April 9th, 2000, in Pike- ville Methodist Hospital, Pikeville, KY. Faye was born October 13th, 1930, in Lawrence County, OH, and was a daughter of the late Williams Pierce & Stella Elizabeth Fitz-- patrick Price Belcher. Faye was preceded in death by husband Isaac Willard Belcher. Faye is survived by her sons, Paul and Frank Belcher; daughter, Cathy Elizabeth Belcher; and five grandchildren, two great-grand children. Faye was buried in the Spears Cemetery, Belcher, KY. wd040
