George Elmer Belcher, 88, of 251 Matecumbe Lane, Naples, FL, formerly of the Bethel Community near Princeton, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at the Naples Community Hospital, Naples FL. Born April 24, 1911, at Gardner, he was a son of the late William Reynolds and Lola Frances Bolin Belcher. He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Lowe Gunter Belcher; one sis- ter, Elizabeth Kovach and brothers, Harold, Hershel, Omar and Earl Belcher. Survivors include one son, David Belcher and wife Dinah of Naples. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery, Princeton, WV.
