Roberta Lee Belcher, 39, of Lebanon, VA, died September 27th at a Lebanon hospital. Roberta was born at Richlands, VA. Roberta was a daughter of BurtonOsborne and AlmaEvelyn Perkins Belcher. Roberta was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Burton Edgar "Eddie" Belcher, and one half-brother, Bruce Belcher. Roberta is survived by half-sister Linda Belcher; her nieces Angela Carol Perkins and Amy Lorraine Perkins; nephews, Eric Allen Perkins, Keith Bruce Dye,Robert Burton "Bobby" Dye; and several aunts and uncles.
