I am looking for information on an ancestor named Mae Samaria BELCHER. Our family believes her mother's maiden name was SANDERS/SAUNDERS. We also believe that Mae had at least two sisters, Maggie & Kate. Mae's children were born roughly between 1900 and 1905, so I estimate she was born circa 1880. As an adult, she lived in southern Illinois (and possibly southern Indiana) and was married at least two times, once to Prentiss HARTLEY, and later to Howard CLOSE. It is possible that her first husband was a PETERSEN / PETERSON. If anyone can help, I would be most grateful! Thanks in advance!
