BELCHER , who m William M. PAYNE 1830 had children, and at least one girl m. a BELCHER, think name was Leonard (going from memory). Our deadend is where and what about William M. PAYNE...WHO,HOW,WHAT, WHEN,WHERE, AND WHY. ALSO, never have seen any info on Nancy BLANKENSHIP.
