Mary Belcher who married Joel Ramsey is a brick wall for me. Here is what I have on her. She was born 7 Jun 1792 perhaps in Grayson Co VA. She married Joel C. Ramsey on 6 Apr 1813 in Russell Co VA. She died 8 Oct 1872 at Dungannon, Scott, VA at the home of her daughter, Mary Jane Ramsey who was married to Jonathan Wheatley. Can anyone help?
