John I will help you on cost of some of the land transactions. I am going to photocopy the VA deeds that I have and mail to you. I am still looking for my Clermont, OH and my Campbell Co, KY. I was busy today, but meant to get up to LaCrescenta and order the Rardin deeds from Campbell, cause I know I didn't have those.
