Does anyone know which Behymer Mary H (who wrote the following will) married? Mary H Behymer's Will I Mary H Behymer of Clermont County Ohio, do make and publish this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all other Wills by me made. First – It is my will that all my debts, including expense of my last sickness, and the cost of placing a suitable tomb-stone to mark my grave, be first paid out of my estate. Second – I give and bequeath to my son William T. Whitaker the note I now hold against him dated November 20th 1882 for the sum of Eighty dollars, with 8% interest, and also the sum of fifty dollars, to be paid him by my executor as soon after my decease as practicable. Third – I give and bequeath to my daughter Susan Ward, the sum of fifty dollars. Fourth – I give and bequeath to my son James H Whitaker fifty dollars. Fifth – The rest and residue of my estate I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary A Pompelly, and my grand daughter Mary E Short, share and share alike to be to them and their heirs forever.
