Census and had a son by then named Henry Edmundson Beckelhimer. Levi gave Elizabeth some land around this time and it seems to me to be for security since they couldn't marry until 1884. Levi was married first to Artimissa Ferguson and second to Nancy Ann King Newman. They married in 1841 and Nancy would'nt give Levi a divorce so when she finally died Levi married Elizabeth. Henderson Beckelhimer was a son of Levi and Artimissa's and he's my ancestor. He moved to the property in Raleigh Co. WV that Levi originally bought. Henderson named one of his son's Levi Harrison Beckelhimer and that was my gt. grandfather.
