H. E. "Pickles", I am not sure if I have the right Virgil Picklesimer or not. The Virgil that I have was married to a Geneva Preston. They lived in Whitesburg, Kentucky for many years. Virgil worked for Southeast Coal Company. I believe that for a time they may have lived in Jenkins, Kentucky. Virgil was born July 9, 1899, and died October 1, 1973. Geneva Preston Picklesimer passed away this past April at the age of 102. Virgil and Geneva had six children; Marion Lewis Picklesimer, Lela Mae Picklesimer, Betty Jo Picklesimer, Judith Marie Picklesimer, Virgil Dennis Picklesimer, Jr. and Alan Picklesimer.
