John, I just viewed your website and found me gggg-grandparents. I am a descendent of Sally Pickleheimer and Jacob Snidow (aka Sarah Becklehymer and Jacob Snyder) who married 6-Mar-1793. It is interesting to note the Snidows lived in Franklin Co, VA before moving to Montgomery (later Giles Co). They had a daughter, Sarah, who married Robert Johnston. I notice you have William and John Johnston marrying the Beckett girls -- do you know anything about these Johnstons? I am trying to connect my ggg-grandfather, Robert Johnston, to the Giles Co. Johnstons but have not been very successful. BTW, Sally and Jacob Snidow had two daughters -- Elizabeth and Sarah.
