Linda... I can't thank you enough. The book published 1914 was the one I was hunting for. HISTORY OF MADISON CO., IN. by John L. Forkner Volume I published by Lewis Publishing Co, 1914 RE: Andrew J. Behymer Andrew J Behymer born at Mt. Holly, OH, March 1, 1850. His parents were WILLIAM AND MARTHA (LITTLETON) BEHYMER, the former a] native of Garrard Co, KY, and the latter of Clermont Co, OH. On the father's side the grandfather was SOLOMON BEHYMER and he and his wife were both natives of Virginia and lived to old age. THEIR 5 CHILDREN WERE: 1) SAMUEL 2) JOHN, 3) LUCY BROWN, 4) WILLIAM and 5) JOSEPH. On the mother's side the Littletons were natives of Pennsylvania, the grandfather being a farmer and becoming an early settler in Clermont Co, OH, where he died a comparatively young man. The only child in the Littleton family was Martha who subsequently became Mrs. Behymer. I hope this helps to identify the female born to Solomon & Mary. Lucy lived in Fulton Co, IL, and upon her husband's death (Thomas Brown, she married a John France in Fulton, IL. Linda, let me know the charges for all of this? Again, many thanks and hope you can find the right William for Tillie! Sallye
