    3. Fellow Behymer researchers: Courtesy of Nancy Weaver Knight, who used to be a member of this list, but is no longer, check this out: Today I received the following notice about Ancestry. I looked for Aaron Behymer and found him in full text from California and Californian Vol 4. You might want to read that. I am unfamiliar with Sycamore Valley Ranch called Sycamore Grove. It appears to be the first camp of the Pioneers in June 1851. Interesting! >From Ancestry Daily News 13 Sept 1999: The month of September marks 149 years of statehood for the state of California, and in honor of this milestone, Ancestry is making its California databases that are normally available to members only, free to all visitors this week (until Monday, September 20). To see the entire list of California databases, go to: http://www.ancestry.com/dailynews/california.htm Go to this site, select Vol 4 of California and Californians, and enter Behymer in the search field. You will find some very interesting information about Lynden Ellsworth Behymer and his father, Aaron Sargeant Behymer (author of the diary). John Charles Tippet JohnDoeTippet@csi.com
