Dear Cousins: I trust that whomever "Newgate" is will not be posting non-genealogy related topics on the list in the future. I have sent a private e-mail to this person requesting same. This kind of message is just like chain letters and phone calls from political parties. I hold strong opinions myself; however, I try not to impose them on others where they do not have the opportunity to decide whether they choose to discuss them or not. We have all decided to discuss family history on this RootsWeb sponsored list. RootsWeb has polices against this type of message as well. I might add that I have seven (7) daughters so I am not unsympathetic to the situation; however, I subscribe to numerous magazines so that I can be better informed about these matters.
