Maybe you will have info on this gentleman. Abraham Picklesimer signed a marriage bond for Michael France and Rebecca Henry, daughter of John Henry. Abraham was Rebecca's grandfather. I have found Abraham mentioned in several places but do not know how he is attached to Rebecca. John France-Rev. War Soldier, Received land in Clermont Co., Ohio. Was there by 1806. left will naming Michael as son. to Michael France - Rebecca Henry-Married on February 5, 1798, Franklin Co., VA.. Moved with father et al to Clermont Co. Ohio as a young man. Served in the War of 1812. Moved to Illinois. to Thomas H. A. France-Mary Lalicher-Born in Clermont Co., moved to Illinois with others. I have the remainder of info on family in Fulton Co., Illinois. Do you have anything on the France, Picklesimer, Henry, or Lalicher families. They all seem to move as a group.
