Hello, Listers, I am wondering if any one of you has any information on a Vernon or Taylor Beebe. He seemed to use both names. The only thing I know for sure is that he was married to Sarah Marie/Maria Rowe and was living in Rice Lake, Fillmore or Houston County, Minnesota in 1870 when his daughter Mildred was born. Several children before her and one after. Mildred is my g-grandmother. She would never talk about 'where she was from'. She always told me that she was just 'an American'. I have been told that he may have died in Iowa in maybe the 1920's, but have no verification. He seems so elusive while there is plenty on Sarah's side.
