Hi All, I'm trying to piece together bits & pieces of info to try to break a whole in my brick wall for JOHN WARREN. It now looks as if he could be John Wareing christened 20/02/1810 in Gamlingay Cambs( son of William Wareing & Elizabeth?).But he was married in Sandy on 18 Jul 1834 as John Warren. I have found him on the 51,61,& 81 census (no luck with 71)but info is slightly different on them all.I have not been able to find a death yet. I was in touch with a distant cousin by email and he sent me the following but now his email addy does not work so I cannot confirm the following: "The surname of Warren has different spellings i.e. WAREING , WARING , WARRING , etc . I recently found a Removal Certificate for John and his parents William & Elizabeth Warring dated 12/11/1810 , John aged about nine months . They were taken from Gamlingay , Cambs back to Everton cum Tetworth where the father had his settlement ." I have searched Bedford, Huntingdonshire and Cambs online sources to see if I can track this settlement down but to no avail. Could anyone please tell which county will probably hold this record? I'm not sure how close Gamlingay, Sandy & Everton cum Tetworth are but at least 2 of them seem to be on county borders from researching. I feel in a bit of a quandry over this man and as he is my 2nd GGrandfather I'd really like to make some headway With regards Patricia
