    3. Please could someone have a look at Clifton parish records for a James Albon. I'm not sure when he was born. I searched the Arlesey Parish records and found an entry saying that James Albon born Clifton married Elizabeth Oliver from Arlesey 13th Feb 1804 which sounds about right considering he had a son John who was born 1814. If you could let me know when he was born and his parents. Thanks for your help Suzanne

Hi Suzanne James & Elizabeth's son John was born 1823 not 1814 and baptised 12 jun 1825 Arlesey, in 1851 he was aged 28, living at Arlesey with his wife Maria 28 and children Eliza 7, Amy 5 and Annis 2. Living next door to his father and stepmother James and Alice Albon. The son born in 1814 was Samuel baptised 8 April 1814 who died before 1818 when a second Samuel was baptised on 31 January 1819 and found in 1841 aged 20, living at White Horse Street, Arlesey with his wife, Sarah 20, and her illegitimate son Amos Presland 1.
