    3. I have found a record of Henry Fage marrying a Winnie Etheldred in St Giles Cripplegate, in 1623, although they were both from Sandy in Beds as far as I know. There is also a record with all the same info except the brides name is Etheldred Winne. I've looked for further records and found a Ethelreda Wynn Christening: 27 DEC 1599 Stotfold, Bedford, England. Although I have searched loads of different sites using all variants of the names I cannot find any further info. I know this is a long shot but does anyone have any info on any of these surnames please?

That sounds much more likely - and Etheldred was the latinised version of Audrey. >I've looked for further records and found a Ethelreda Wynn >Christening: 27 DEC 1599 Stotfold, Bedford, England. well, that does tend to confirm the version. -- Eve McLaughlin Author of the McLaughlin Guides for family historians Secretary Bucks Genealogical Society
