It looks pretty straightforward to me. Ae to E, common; - the bar d in Aedel (which I couldn't reproduce in basic character set) is halfway to 'th' already. d to th mutation, again common. And Ethelthreda or Etheldreda or Ethelreda to El or Al -drey and Audrey is also well known enough not to cause a problem.
