    3. Sue, Bedfordshire was a good source of Coprolite..the chances are this was what your ancestor was engaged with...the spelling written down phonetically probably. Coprolite ( colloquially known as dinosaur poo' was a big industry in certain parts of Bedfordshire. Pop coprolite into Google and it will give you lots of info.
