    3. Hello List Bedfordshire is a new area of research for me. I am currently researching my Grandfather Ernest George Edward BROUGHTON B. 23/01/1919, and his parents William Charles BROUGHTON (a private in the Bedfordshire Yeomanry) and Florence Elizabeth MARRIOTT. Ernest was born in Harrold, on what looks like Felmersham Road? Anyone know if this sounds correct or if the road still exists? If anyone has interests in these surnames or knows anything about the Bedforshire yeomanry (or has records, im not in the area) then let me know! :o) Many thanks Laura Broughton

    3. Hello Laura Felmersham is village next to Harrold so road name is most likely to be correct. I have a Marriott in my tree so I've just done a quick look through the censuses. Your Florence Elizabeth Marriott was born 1897 Radwell, to George P Marriott & Annie Hullatt. George Partridge Marriott was born 1866 , to Matthew Marriott & Charlotte Elizabeth Partridge b 1836 Bletsoe Charlotte Partridge is daughter of George Partridge b 1799 Bletsoe & Elizabeth.
