There has been some talk regarding a second entry on a birth certificate at a later date. When I was born (25-10-20) the name was Leslie Lawrence Clarke, but later grandma wanted me named after both her husband, and eldest son who was killed in WWI. So right at the end of my birth certificate is the additiional entry, Owen. Maybe it isn't so unusual. Owen L L Clarke
