Thomas Summerfield and Martha ? married and had their first child, Sarah in 1798, Dunstable. According to the 1851 census, Martha was born c1774 in Crawley Green, Luton. Thomas died in 1835 or 1836. I do not know where or when he was born. I would like to find their marriage. There is one on IGI between Thomas Summerfield and Martha Day, Nov 1 1796 in Lilley, Herts. According to mapquest, Lilley is now in Beds and quite close to Luton. Could someone kindly check the parish register to give me any clues, to establish if this is my couple?
