I must admit I hadn't expected anyone to go to so much trouble to help me, and my original post was merely an enquiry to see if anyone had connections with this family. As soon as I was asked for more details, I posted them. In any case I greatly appreciate the help given to me; certainly not wasted time in my opinion, because although I already have much of the information you posted, there is also new information, and I am always glad of comments and advice from someone who is clearly a more experienced researcher than myself.
