Hello Listers, I am researching the family of John and Jane (Jemima) ELLIOTT who were living in Duloe with their son David in the 1841/1851 Census. Their children were (1) Mary, born 1810 in Bushmead married John WRENCH. (2) Ann ELLIOTT bn abt 1818 Bushmead - Married Robert CASE in 1853 and migrated to Australia with him and his young family in 1854. (3) Lydia ELLIOTT bn 1817 Bushmead married John CHEETHAM, they lived for some time in Eaton Socon until John died and Lydia moved to Derby with daughter Ann. (4) David ELLIOTT bn 1824 Bushmead married Hannah PERKINS in 1849. (5) James ELLIOTT bn Eaton Socon who married Rebecca JAMES in 1841. (6) Sarah ELLIOTT bn Eaton Socon married John RUFF in 1839. Hannah ELLIOTT bn Eaton Socon married William CROW in 1841. I am particularly interested in identifying Jane/Jemima ELLIOTT who was born in Colmworth in abt 1871. John ELLIOTT came from Rusden Northhamptonshire in abt 1779. I am the G/G/Granddaughter of Ann Elliott and would be very happy to share my Australian research on the family of Robert and Ann CASE. Hello Jan Mary Wrench baptised 19/05/1839 Gt Staughton was 1st child of John Wrench & Mary Elliott; & she married Joseph Partridge b 1838 Eaton Socon. Joseph Partridge was grandson to Jonathan Partridge b 1789 Bletsoe, Beds & is the older brother to my gt-gt-grandfather John & Mary Wrench had 8 other children between 1836 & 1850.
