    3. Thanks for the suggestion Bill. Having struggled to find out how to change it, I think I've cracked it!     3. John and David Rootsweb only supports plain text. Conversion from HTML to plain text is not guaranteed accurate. I've seen the blank result before - I have a Visual Basic macro for Outlook 2000 which is supposed to convert HTML to plain text but gives empty msgs occasionally if msg came from a Webmail service such as Hotmail, Yahoo or AOL. (It seemed OK if msgs came from Outlook or Outlook Express) I could prove the conversion was faulty as the full msg was still on my server. In your case of course the corruption occurs on arrival at Rootsweb from you - they probably use the same macro! Now to get back on topic!
