I apologize for posting this but it is genealogy related and I would like to find out others' situations. A couple of months ago I bought a month's subscription to OMS services tradining as Origins.net - the charge was £10.50 which I paid out of my UK credit card. They have continued to deduct two further monthly payments on the basis that the small rpint on the original email stated that I had to explicitly send them an email canceling the subscription. Well I have done and have requested a refund for 2 months on the basis of them using sharp U.S. type practice of automaticaly deducting unless I cancel. I have signed no documents to that effect. They don't answer my emails so I don't know now whether they will deduct yet another month's payment at the beginning of August. I can't believe I am the only person encountering this - has anyone else a similar experience. Once again apologies for using this forum but I know someone can help me and others. Thanks Paul
