If he wasn't in 1901 census, you'd probably need trade or post office directories c1901-1911 to find the store. But you don't know a location. Look at FreeBMD and 1901 census site to get extra data. Emma would be 59 when Daniel died. She could remarry. While FreeBMD stops around 1930, Ancestry provides data up to 2006. Peter
